For a nominal fee of $5.00 per package* you may have packages delivered to the resort. The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation. In the event your package does not arrive prior to your departure date, packages may be forwarded with prior arrangements for an additional fee. The hotel will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost packages.
*Please note: For large or heavy packages or if the package needs the be held longer than 3 days before check-in there will be an additional charge. Standard packages are 14’”x 14″ x 8’”and weigh 3.5lbs (or less).

Yes, we can arrange airport shuttle service through Resort Transportation. Prices start from $75 one way for up to 5 people from Orlando International Airport to Coral Cay Resort. To make a reservation for airport shuttle service please contact reservations at 800-228-2027 with all your flight information. We will then send you your transportation voucher; payment is required at time of booking this service.
We do not offer early check-in or late check-out as a bookable service, however you can enter a special request for these but they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Our townhomes have complimentary parking, however parking is limited to two cars per townhome.
Unfortunately we do not offer any shuttle services at this property.

Every townhome offers an in-suite washer and dryer and we even provide the first load of laundry soap.
Due to the two-story layout of the townhomes, we do not have accessible homes.

During the winter months the pools are heated and the pool times are from dawn until dusk.
You are require by law to register with the front desk, therefore if you arrive out of office hours you must visit the check-in center at your earliest convenience, failure to do this may result in the remaining days of your stay being cancelled.

Check-out is at 10:30am
Cribs are pack n play style, they are provided complimentary, subject to request and availability. Please call reservations to ensure that your special request for this is added into your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted in the townhomes, a cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is not followed.
The check-in office is open from 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m., if you arrive outside of this time you will find the information for your home in the lock box located to the left of the office front door. 7 days prior to arrival you will be sent the lock box code and gate code. If you do not receive this information please contact the reservations department.
You are required to leave a $300 security deposit when you check-in, you may however take advantage of our Payment Protection Plan this is available to all guests at $39 per home and is a non-refundable security deposit. If you take out our Payment Protection Plan you are not required to pay the $300 security deposit.
Parking at Coral Cay is very limited. The parking policies are as follows:
NO MORE THAN 2 CARS PER UNIT
NO PARKING ON THE STREET AT ANY TIME
NO PARKING ON THE GRASS
NO BLOCKING THE SIDEWALK
NO OVERNIGHT PARKING AT THE CLUBHOUSE
Unfortunately, if you do not follow the above guidelines there is a chance your car could be towed. Please be aware of parking policies and if you have any questions visit the front desk during office hours.
There is a cleaning fee of $85 per home, if your stay is 4 nights or more this cleaning fee is waived.
The minimum age to check-in is 21 years of age if not accompanied by a parent or guardian, proof will be required at check-in.
Full payment is required 7 days prior to your arrival; your balance will be charged to the credit card provided 7 days prior to your check-in date. If for any reason we cannot take payment at this stage, this could result in your reservation being cancelled.
