Loved It !!!
A total of 8 of us stayed in the 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhome. Two adults and three children. I was quite amazed when we walked in our townhome to see how nice it actually was....the pictures are nice-but don’t do it justice. Our unit was immaculate....that is very important to me. Everything was in excellent condition and VERY clean. I brought cleaning products with me and didn't even use them. The pool area was well kept and so was our own hot tub-how swish. The staff was VERY nice and friendly. We would all definately stay here again and would recommend this place to everyone. I do not have ANYTHING negative to say about it. Believe me you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay.

Excellent Stay !!!
My family and I stayed at this brand new resort during Spring Break, March 10 -15. The three bed, two bath townhome was more than accomodating for our party of six. We brought a lot of "home essentials" with us, but found the suite to be well stocked with most amenities needed for an extended stay. Very modern, and clean. There were also plenty of towels. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking at this resort is convenient.The property is still under development, (I think we one of the first in our unit) but the area is very nice and it is very close to Disney and Universal Studios. Overall, I would stay at this resort again. While I love to stay at Disney owned and operated properties, I find this resort's offerings to be more in line with its pricing. The amount of space cannot be matched.

Great Place away from Home !!!
We stayed in a 4 bedroom townhome for 10 nights starting 10 June 2007. Room was very spacious and contained everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery, glasses and pans etc. Every appliance you could need. Yes there wasn't a supply of dishwasher / washing soap but, with Wal-Mart just around the corner, this wasn't an inconvenience.Hot tub was huge and worked fine. Lovely to sit out on the patio in the evening after going to the parks. The community pool is very nice too. The clubhouse is under renovation until October 2007.Staff were very helpful and dealt with minor problems that we found on our arrival. These included a lamp not working. All were rectified when we returned home after our 1st day at Islands of Adventure.Excellent location. Easy onto the I-4 and direct access to Disney. So give it try!!

Our stay in Coral Cay was pleasant and comfortable. It was our first time there and we had everything we needed. The place looks nice and clean.

Direction to get there were a bit off. But when we got there they got us in early and things were better than expected. Very clean. Very quiet. Lots of room. Very little that I could complain about. Id be nitpicking if I did. Hottub had a leak. But I didnt know I was gonna have one so great stuff there. Pool looked nice but we never got a chance to try it. Same for playground area. Was very close to everything. 10 mins to anything we wanted. Should we go back in the near future we will be staying there again.

I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS AFTER READING SOME OF THE REVIEWS BUT I WAS VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. THE TOWNHOUSE WAS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED AND SO CLEAN. THE ROOMS WERE LARGE , WE HAD 3 FLAT SCREEN TV'S, THE KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEEDED TO PREPARE MEALS. THE HOT TUB WAS WONDERFUL WE ENJOYED IT EVERY NIGHT AFTER LONG DAYS AT THE PARKS. THE POOL AND PLAYGROUNDS WERE REALLY NICE.

Travelling from Ireland withy two young kids to do the Disney experience, we stayed at 2405 Caravelle Circle. We were immediately impressed by the size and comfort of the house - it is especially suitable for families. Indeed we reckon it could accomodate two small families as there were two adult bedrooms and two kid size rooms. The resort was very well presented - neat and tidy with a good sized swimming pool. The location was superb - the Disney parks are within a 10 minute drive and plenty of bargain mall shopping within a 20 minute drive radius.
The value of having a decent house was all the more appreciated when we got drenched in a thunder storm during a visit to Animal Kingdom. When we got back to the house, the kids hopped into the hot tub and we managed to wash and dry our clothes using the washer and dryer in the house. We relaxed for the evening playing a selection of DVDs and eating pizza delivered to the door. It's the kind of place where you wont get cabin fever.
There's also a substantial Walmart 1/2 mile down the road so we were able to stock up on basics and snacks. One other thing was the proximity of Celebration town (10 mins). Not only is it a must see but it also has a good standard of restaurants which is not typical of Orlando (unless you like fried food!). Coral Cay is also attractive because it does not sit on top of the main roads, is quiet and you can get a decent night's sleep. We felt very secure. This was the perfect balance between getting the right level of decent accomodation and location with a reasonable budget. Overall very good value.

My husband, 2 grandsons (ages 8&9) and I arrived at Coral Cay Resort at 6:30PM and were very pleasantly surprised at our unit at Coral Cay. The boys immediately found the game room which included a fooze ball table and a PS2 game and TV. They were in heaven and needless to say, we had a few fooze ball tournaments during our stay.
There was a minor problem with the water heater, but Tony (staff) and the manager did everything they could to correct it. As well, I couldn't believe it, but the previous guests had taken the silverware, but Tony had replacements brought to us immediately.
The fridge, stove, micorwave, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer were in immaculate shape. The unit was very clean and we couldn't belive the hot tub. The water was clear and ready for us to enjoy. And because the weather was cool, we sure did make use of the hot tub...every night. I wish we could have made use of the beautiful pool, but it was too cool while we were there.
Half way through the week, our son, daughter-in-law and daughter flew in and joined us at the resort. There was ample room for the seven of us, as well as tons of hot water, towels and dishes.
The resort is located right in the middle of all the best theme parks, so we didn't have to spend a lot of time travelling once we settled in. And I was so impressed by how quiet the resort was even though we were only a short distance to I92 and all the hustle and bustle. If you wanted to just sit back and relax you could.
I would highly recommend this resort, and the next time we go to Kissimmee, we will definitly stay at Coral Cay.
