Welcome Home- Coral Cay Resort

“There’s no place like home!” Unless, of course, you are on a Disney vacation and having the time of your life. Well, here at Coral Cay Resort you get to be in magical Orlando exploring thrill-filled theme parks while still being able to relax and enjoy the home feel you crave after a long day of adventure.

Our beautiful town homes are fully equipped to allow you to cook meals, do laundry and relax in a spacious house that gives everyone in your party their own space.

In order to ensure you have a smooth transition from your true home to your second home here with us, we would like to answer a few questions guests usually ask about our condo-style resort.

 


Prior to arrival:
You will receive an email with our gate code and lock box code seven days prior to your arrival. So, if you arrive during a time where the office is closed, you will use the gate code to get in and find the information for your home in the lock box located to the left of the office front door. Getting the information from the lock box doesn’t automatically check you in, so you must visit the check-in center at your earliest convenience. Failure to do this may result in the remaining days of your stay being cancelled.

 

 

Check in/out: The check-in office is open from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., so you can check-in/out with the front desk if you are arriving or leaving in between this time. Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10:30 a.m. We do not offer early check-in or late check-out as a bookable service, however you can enter a special request for these but they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

 


Parking:
We have complimentary parking. However, if you are staying in a town home, parking is limited to two cars per town home.

 


Payment:
Because we don’t have a 24 hours front desk, full payment is required 7 days prior to your arrival. Your balance will be charged to the credit card provided 7 days prior to your check-in date.

 


Cleaning:
 Our condo-hotel doesn’t provide daily housekeeping. We do have a fully equipped house with laundry machine, dishwasher and cleaning tools that can help you keep the home clean during your stay. Upon departure, there is a cleaning fee of $85 per home, but if your stay is 4 nights or more this cleaning fee is waived.

 


Security deposit:
You are required to leave a $300 security deposit when you check-in. You may, however, take advantage of our Payment Protection Plan that is available to all guests at $39 per home and is a non-refundable security deposit. If you take out our Payment Protection Plan you are not required to pay the $300 security deposit.

 


Pool:
During the winter months the pools are heated and the pool times are from dawn until dusk.

 


Wi-Fi:
we offer free wi-fi and the connection code for your house will be in the papers given to you by the front desk or picked up by you at the lock box.

 


Wildlife:
we are located in hot and humid Florida, so we ask that you please refrain from leaving doors and windows open to avoid insects and unwanted animals paying you a visit.

 


What to bring:
having a fully functional house has its perks, so we suggest you bring a few things with you that will help you enjoy your trip. Basic cleaning products, toiletries, laundry and dishwasher detergent are just a few of the things we suggest you bring.
